PLATEAU analyses your Strava training data and provides personalised running advice powered by AI. The advice is generated by machine learning models and should not be treated as medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your training, especially if you have injuries or health conditions.
You retain ownership of your data. By using PLATEAU, you grant us permission to access your Strava data, process it through our analysis pipeline, and send it to third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to generate advice. See our Privacy Policy for details.
PLATEAU is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any training advice generated. Training advice is based on general running science principles applied to your data and may not account for individual medical conditions, biomechanical factors, or circumstances not captured in the data.
Training analysis can be generated once every 3 days per account. We reserve the right to modify rate limits or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
PLATEAU and its creators are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from following the training advice generated by this service. You use the advice at your own risk.
